The website contains a certain number of hyperlinks towards other websites, added with the authorisation of DAGOBA. Nevertheless, DAGOBA does not have the opportunity to verify the content of the websites visited through these links and will therefore assume no liability for this fact.

Unless you decide to deactivate cookies, you accept that the website may use them. You can freely deactivate these cookies at any moment using the deactivation settings that are offered to you and listed below, knowing however that this may reduce or prevent access to all or part of the Services provided by the website.

8.1 « COOKIES »

A cookie is a small file of information sent to the User’s browser and registered in the User’s terminal (for example, computer, smartphone), (hereinafter, Cookies). This file includes information such as the domain name of the User, the User’s internet provider, the operating system of the User, as well as the date and hour of access. Cookies can in no way damage the User's terminal.

DAGOBA is likely to process the User's information concerning his visit of the Site, such as the pages consulted and searches made. This information allows DAGOBA to improve the content of the Site and the User's browsing experience.

As Cookies facilitate web navigation and/or the provision of services offered by the Site, the User may configure his browser to allow him to decide whether or not to accept them: so that Cookies are stored in the terminal or, on the contrary, that they are rejected, either systematically or according to their sender. The User may also configure his browsing software so that he is offered the option of accepting or refusing Cookies from time to time, before a Cookie is likely to be stored on his device. DAGOBA informs the User that, in this case, it is possible that not all of the functions of his browser software will be available.

If the User refuses the registration of the Cookies in his terminal or browsers; or if the User deletes the ones already registered within, the User is informed that his browsing and his experience on the Website may be limited. This may also be the case if DAGOBA or one of its providers cannot recognize, for technical compatibility purposes, the type of browser used by the terminal, the language and display parameters or the country from where the terminal appears connected to the Internet.

Where appropriate, DAGOBA declines all responsibility for the consequences resulting from the degraded operation of the Site and services possibly offered by DAGOBA that come as a result of the User refusing the cookies thus making it impossible for DAGOBA to record or consult the Cookies necessary for their operation, again because of the User's choice. The management of Cookies or the User’s available options depend on the browser as each is different. These options are described in the browser's help menu, which will allow you to know how the User can modify his wishes regarding Cookies.

At any moment, the User may decide to express or modify his wishes regarding Cookies. DAGOBA may also use external service providers to help it collect and process the information described in this section.

Finally, by clicking on the dedicated social media icons included in DAGOBA’s website, and if the User accepts the deposit of cookies by continuing his browsing of DAGOBA’s website, these social media networks may also deposit cookies in your terminals (computer, tablet, smartphone).

This type of cookie is deposited in your terminals upon your consent as expressed by your continuous browsing of the Website. At any moment, the User may nevertheless revoke his consent to DAGOBA depositing these types of cookies.

DAGOBA occasionally may employ Internet tags (called also action tags, single pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs, invisible GIFs and one by one GIFs) and may deploy them through a partner specializing in Web analysis that may be located (and thus may store the corresponding information, including the IP address of the user) in a foreign country.

These tags are placed both in online advertisements that allow the Users to access the Website, and the various pages of this latter.

This technology allows DAGOBA to evaluate the visitors’ answers regarding the Website and the efficiency of its actions (for example, the number of times a page is opened and the information consulted within), as well as the use of the Website by the User.

The external provider may eventually collect information on the visitors of the Website and other websites thanks to these tags, compile reports on the activity of the Website for DAGOBA and provide other services concerning the use of the website and the Internet.
