Does removing an administrator erase their data?
Short answer: No. Only the dashboard access is removed. Their contact profile, their orders and their history stay in place.
What is removed
The dashboard access, immediately. The email address stops being a sign-in identifier and becomes invitable again.
What stays
- The person's contact profile and all its history.
- The orders they placed on your shops.
- The tags you had put on them.
In the contacts list their role chip simply disappears: they become an ordinary contact again.
The case of a cancelled invitation
If you cancel an invitation that was never accepted and the contact profile had been created by that invitation, it is removed at the same time. A profile that existed before is kept.
