Do I need to ask DAGOBA to activate my shop?

Short answer: Most of the time, no: the shop opens by itself. If the cart is amber, a validation is still pending at DAGOBA — click the cart to request it, and you will be notified by email.

When there is nothing to ask for

If the shop address is correct and every logo in use is approved, the shop opens with no intervention: the cart turns green on its own. That is the common case for a shop built with automatically generated logos, which are approved as soon as they are created.

When a validation is still pending

The amber cart means a logo you uploaded is still waiting for its print-quality check. Its tooltip reads "DAGOBA must validate the shop, click to request validation".
One click on the cart records your request. The system confirms: "The request for validation has been successfully recorded, you will be notified by email when the shop is validated". A single click is enough.
The cart is only clickable in the amber state. On a red cart there is nothing to request: there is something to fix, and the tooltip says what.
