How big will the text personalization be?
Short answer: It is worked out automatically and cannot be fixed in advance: a large text at the top of the back is 5 cm high, a large number on the back 20 cm, a small text on the chest 3 cm. If the text is too long, the system tightens the letters, then reduces their height.

The small chest text is most often placed opposite the logo.
When the text is too long
The system estimates the width available on the product and adapts the text in two stages:
- Tightening the letters, up to a limit beyond which they would overlap.
- Reducing the height of the letters, if tightening is not enough.
A short first name therefore keeps its full height, a long name is slightly reduced.
Why the dimensions cannot be ordered
Buyers are free to write what they want. Since the text is only known when the order is placed, its dimensions are worked out at that moment — fixed dimensions cannot be set in advance.
