How do I send you my logo if I have no print file?

Short answer: Check the format first: an SVG you can upload yourself. Email is for the formats the site does not accept — AI, EPS or PDF: send those to logo@dagoba.app.

An SVG no longer needs to go through us

The site now accepts SVG on upload, and vector artwork is always print quality. If your graphic designer handed you an SVG, upload it yourself: it is immediate, and you stay self-sufficient afterwards. See How do I upload my logo.

The detour through email now only concerns AI, EPS and PDF files, which the site cannot read.

Steps

Ask your graphic designer for the vector file of the logo. If they can give it to you as an SVG, ask for that: you will then have nothing to send us at all.
If the file is an AI, an EPS or a PDF, email it to us at logo@dagoba.app.
We convert it and add it to your logos.

The file has to be genuinely vector. An SVG or a PDF can also contain a bitmap image — all of it or part of it — and in that case that part gives you nothing more than the PNG you already have. Quick clue: a fully vector logo is rarely larger than 300 KB. See My file is an SVG or a PDF but you say it is not vector.

You'll know it worked when: Your logo appears in print quality in your list of logos.
