Is my organization's name the same as my shop's name?
Short answer: No, they are two separate names. The second reproduces the first until you have edited it once, which is why they often start out identical.
Two fields, two places

Why they are often identical
To begin with, the organization's name reproduces your first shop's title: renaming the shop renames the organization too. That is convenient when you only have one shop.
How to separate them
Edit the Organisation name field once. That single action breaks the link for good: the name you set stays, whatever happens to the shop title afterwards.
That is what to do if you run several shops — one per section, per team or per season: the organization keeps the name of the structure, and each shop carries its own.
