What is the Organisation page for?
Short answer: It gathers your organization's information: its identity and address, its type and activity, its billing details, payment of orders by the organisation, your email sending quota and the account deletion request. It is not about the shop.
What is on it
- Identity & address — your organization's name and postal address.
- Organisation — the type of structure and its activity.
- Billing — whether you are subject to VAT, the VAT number and the bank details (RIB). This part only appears on accounts that have a money pot.
- Account — the account deletion request.
- Payment by the organisation — the checkbox that lets your buyers send you their orders instead of paying for them. Like billing, this card only appears on accounts that have a money pot.
- Email sending — your account's recipient quota, and the request for a higher one.
What depends on it
A money pot withdrawal by bank transfer needs the RIB, and the invoice you write reuses the address entered here.
The amount of that transfer depends on the VAT number: incl. VAT when the organization is VAT-registered and its number is on file, excl. VAT otherwise.
Settling an order from the money pot is only possible if the Allow buyers to send me their orders box is ticked here. Only an Owner can change it.
Studio visuals can display the organization's name and postal address.
What it is not
It touches neither the name, nor the web address, nor the look of the shop: all of that is set in the shop's draft. It is not your own profile either — your name, email address and password.
