The invitation did not arrive, what should I do?
Short answer: Open the person's profile and use Resend invitation. First have them look in their junk mail, and check the address shown on their profile.
Three checks, in this order
- The person's junk mail. That is the most frequent cause.
- The address shown on their profile, under their name. A typo sends the invitation nowhere.
- The delay: sending is almost immediate, but a few minutes are not abnormal.
Resending
On a Pending person's profile, the Resend invitation button goes out with a new link. The old one then stops working.
If the address is wrong
An invitation's address cannot be corrected: cancel it and start again with the right one.
