The invitation link shows “Invitation expired”
Short answer: The link works once and stays valid for 14 days. Beyond that, an account owner resends the invitation from the person's profile.
The exact message
“Invitation expired — This invitation link is no longer valid. Ask an owner to send you a new one.”
Two causes
| Cause | What to do |

| The link is more than 14 days old | An owner resends the invitation |
| The link has already been used | The person goes through the login page: their access is already active |
An invitation link works once only, for safety. If the person has already signed in, they no longer need it: they ask for a login link from the login page, or set themselves a password.
Resending
The Resend invitation button appears on the profile of anyone still Pending.
