The logo looks too small on the product photo?

Short answer: It is an optical illusion caused by products photographed flat. Only the version's dimensions in mm count — the visual is for illustration only.

Cause

Products are shown flat, which makes the front and the back look bigger than they really are — and so makes the logo look small. In practice, 20% to 30% of the surface you see when the product lies flat is actually on the sides of the body.
The same logo also looks bigger on an XS than on a 2XL, since its size in millimeters is fixed.
The visual is approximate and for illustration only. Only the dimensions in millimeters set on the logo version are guaranteed: that is what the machine builds the logo from.

Going further

To see it for yourself

Cut a sheet of paper to the mm dimensions of the version you chose and lay it on a garment you own. That is far more reliable than the flat visual.
