What do the amount lines on an order mean?

Short answer: Subtotal = the products alone · Delivery = the shipping paid by the buyer · Refunded = what was given back to them · Total = what was actually kept on this order.

The summary, line by line

Under the list of products:
Line What it carries
Subtotal The price of the products, markings included.
Delivery The shipping paid by the buyer. The line does not appear when it is nil — during a free-delivery period, for instance.
Refunded What was given back to the buyer, in red and negative. The line only appears when there has been a refund.
Total Subtotal + delivery − refunds. This is the figure you find again at the top of the panel and in the Amount column of the list.

A struck-through product

When only one product of an order is refunded, its row shows struck through and greyed in the product list, and its price comes out under Refunded. The rest of the order carries on normally.

An amount shown as a dash

A Canceled order shows no amount but a dash: nothing was kept on it. It is also left out of the Total at the bottom of the list.
