What does a contact's activity history show?
Short answer: The Activity history block lists what happened for this person: their arrival, their orders, the tags applied or removed, your emails, their unsubscribes and their support requests.
What shows up

| Your emailings | Email sent, opened, clicked, not delivered |

| After-sales | Support request opened, support email received or sent |
What does not show up
The history only shows what concerns your organisation. Emails that did not come from your own sends are not listed.
On an email from your emailings, the Show message button opens the content that was sent, and Reply lets you answer from the profile.
