What does the “Pending” status mean?
Short answer: The person has been invited but has not opened their invitation link yet. So they do not have access to the dashboard yet.
The two statuses
| Status | What it says |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invited, not in yet. No access for now. |
| Active | The person has opened their link and can sign in. |
The move from one to the other happens on its own, at the person's first sign-in: there is nothing for you to approve.
What you can do while waiting
Resend the invitation, cancel it, and set the person's roles right away.
The two dates on their profile
Member since is the invitation date. Last activity stays empty until the person has signed in for the first time.
