What is an administrator?
Short answer: Someone allowed to open your account's dashboard. Not a buyer: your shop's customers never have access to the dashboard.
One account, several administrators
An account is not necessarily run by a single person. The treasurer, the person looking after the shop and the one writing to members can be three different people, each with their own access.
One email address per person
Each administrator signs in with their own email address: sign-in details are not shared. An email address can belong to only one DAGOBA account.
What they see depends on their roles
Every administrator sees the contacts, the tags and the orders. The rest — the shop, the money pot, promotions — opens role by role.
