What is the Products sold page for?
Short answer: The Products sold page adds up, product by product, everything ordered on your shops: the quantities per color and size, the amount and the number of orders, over the same history as the Orders page.
What the page gives you
At the top, three counters: Items sold, Amount and Orders. The figure beside the Products sold title counts the distinct products. The line “Orders since …” gives the date from which orders are taken into account.
Each row of the list carries one product: its picture, its name, its brand and its family; its Quantity, with a bar and a percentage giving its share of the whole; the number of orders it appears in (Orders); its Amount; and the date of the Last order. The search field filters the list by name, brand or reference.
Clicking a row opens the product's details in a panel: the Breakdown by color and size grid, with the quantity in each cell and the totals per color and per size; the Share of total; then the First order and the Last order.
The period
The page covers the same history as the Orders page: the current year and the two years before it. The chips at the top right narrow the view to one year — All returns to the full history.
What is counted
Only products actually bought enter the totals: those of paid, non-canceled orders. A refunded product is not counted. An order in the Awaiting or To pay status is not there yet: it comes in once it has been settled.
The Amount is the price of the products, discount deducted and markings included. Delivery fees are not part of it.
What it is for day to day
- Knowing which sizes and colors go out the most, before advising your members or preparing a group order.
- Seeing which products people like, to choose the ones to put forward in the shop.
- Answering “how many blue M were ordered?” at a glance.
