Who can see my account's orders?

Short answer: Every admin on the account. Seeing orders is one of the basic accesses: no particular role is needed, unlike shops, the money pot or promotions.

Anyone you add as an admin of your account gets two things straight away: the contacts and the orders. The three roles you can then grant — Shops, Money pot, Promotions — open further accesses, and have no effect on this page.

In practice, a volunteer whose job is to answer members can follow orders without being handed the shop or the money.

An order held by a coupon puts a red banner at the top of the list, with the missing amount and a button to the money pot. That banner only shows to admins who have the Money pot role — the others see the Awaiting pill on the order, without the banner.
