How do I credit my money pot by bank transfer?
Short answer: Click Add funds, then Credit by bank transfer: DAGOBA's bank details appear. Make the transfer, then tell us — your money pot is credited when the transfer arrives.
Steps
- Open the Money Pot page and click Add funds.
- Click Credit by bank transfer. The panel shows the account name, the bank, the SWIFT/BIC, the IBAN and the reference to put on the transfer.
- Make the transfer from your organization's bank. Choose an instant SEPA transfer: it has been free since 2025 and arrives within seconds.
- Tell us once the transfer has gone, with the amount and your organization's name.
- We credit your money pot on receipt.
You'll know it worked when: The credit appears in the money pot list once the transfer has been received and recorded by DAGOBA.
Why tell us
A transfer does not arrive carrying your DAGOBA account name: posting it to the right money pot is done by hand. Telling us saves a round trip and shortens the wait.
To release an order that is on hold, card payment is faster: it credits the money pot immediately.
