How do I credit my money pot by card?

Short answer: On the Money Pot page, click Add funds, enter the amount (5 € minimum) then Pay by card. Payment happens on our provider's secure page, and the balance is up to date when you come back.

Steps

Open the Money Pot page and click Add funds.
Enter the Amount. The minimum is 5 €.
Click Pay by card.
Pay on the payment provider's page, then let it bring you back to the dashboard.
The Payment confirmed message announces the new balance.

You'll know it worked when: The "Payment confirmed" message appears with the new balance, and the credit shows at the top of the list.

If orders were waiting on this payment

When the credit covers an order held up for lack of funds, the message says so: "Order X awaiting money pot funds will be validated in the next few minutes." There is nothing else to do, the order restarts on its own.
