What is the Money Pot page for?
Short answer: The Money Pot page shows what DAGOBA owes your organization: the balance, every movement in detail, and two buttons to top it up (Add funds) or spend it (Use).
The money pot is neither a bank account nor an electronic wallet: it is a current account between DAGOBA and your organization, and its balance is what DAGOBA owes it. This is article 7 of the General Terms of Service.
Steps
- In the dashboard menu, open Money Pot.
- At the top of the page, read the current balance: that is what you have available.
- Below it, the list gives every movement, newest first.
- Use Add funds to put money into the pot, Use to spend it.
You'll know it worked when: The money pot balance shows at the top of the page, and the list shows your account's movements.
What the list contains
| Column | What it gives |
|---|---|
| Date | The day of the movement. |
| Type | Credit (green) for money in, Debit (red) for money out, Fees (purple) for fees charged, Pending fees (orange) for the current month's. |
| Amount | The sum, in euros. |
| Description | Where the movement came from, or a coupon's code. |
| Shop, Client, Ord, Product | For a credit coming from a sale: the shop, the buyer, the order number and the item. |
Three filters sit above the list: a search, a Type filter (all, Credit, Debit) and a Coupons filter (With coupons, Without coupons, Coupons only).
The list mixes two things: money movements, and coupons that have been issued but not used yet. The latter have not been debited — they are shown so you know what is committed.
