How do I know the products and the markings are good quality?

Short answer: First read the reviews published on our Trustpilot page by buyers and by organisations. Then, as soon as your shop is open, place a small order on it yourself: that is the only way to judge the product and its marking in your hands.

1. The reviews on Trustpilot

Our Trustpilot page gathers reviews from two audiences, each with its own point of view: the buyers — members, parents, supporters — who have received their order, and the organisations running a shop with us.

This is the link to send to the treasurer or the committee that hesitates: these are public reviews, written by people who received the products.

2. Order one product for yourself

As soon as your shop is open for orders, buy a product from it like any buyer would. That is the only way to judge the two things that matter:

the product — the fabric, the cut, how the sizes really run;
the marking — how the logo looks on the fabric, its size, its colors, and how it holds up after a few washes.

Pick the product you plan to put forward most, in the color people will ask for most, with the logo exactly as you configured it. A single item is enough to settle the doubt — and you will know what to answer when someone asks.

The product images on the shop are generated previews: they faithfully show the placement and the size of the marking, not the fabric itself nor how the ink sits on it. Only a product in your hands answers that question.

On a Shop with margins, the margin you set on the product comes back to your money pot, less the transaction fees: your test order therefore costs you slightly less than its displayed price.

What is settled before you even order

The products come from partner brands DAGOBA is a retailer for. The manual presents them one by one, in the “Sports Equipment Manufacturers” and “Customizable Textile and Accessory Brands” sections.
Logos and flocking are produced with DTF printing, which survives repeated washing without cracking or fading — except for products marked by embroidery.
