How do I put my logo in my shop header?
Short answer: Open a draft of the shop (orange “Modify the shop” button), then, from the “My logos” tab, drag a logo onto the box to the left of the shop name.
Steps
- In the menu, open the “Shops” page, then select your shop in the left-hand panel.
- A live shop cannot be edited directly. Click the orange “Modify the shop (create a draft)” button: the system creates a working copy — the draft — and that is what you edit. If you are already working on a draft, or on a shop that has never been put into service, skip this step.
- In the left-hand panel, click the “My logos” tab (next to “My products”).
- Drag the logo thumbnail — grab it anywhere — and drop it on the logo box, to the left of the shop name in the header.
- When you are happy with everything, click “Put this draft shop into service” (blue button with two checkmarks) so the change becomes visible on the live shop.
The logo's background setting decides the backdrop in the shop
The “Light” / “Deep” / “All / I am not sure” setting on the logo's detail sheet is not only about printing on products: it also controls what sits behind the logo in the shop.

That makes sense: a logo declared for a deep background is usually light or white, so it would be invisible on white — the shop puts a colored backdrop behind it so that it stands out.
Two practical consequences:
- if a colored square appears behind your logo when you did not want one, the logo is set to “Deep”;
- “All / I am not sure” does not give a colored square. A logo that needs the colored backdrop must be set to “Deep”, not to “All / I am not sure”.

On a draft, clicking a logo thumbnail opens its detail sheet; to move it, hold the button down and drag. Both gestures start from the same thumbnail.
You'll know it worked when: The logo appears in the header of the draft shop, then on the live shop once the draft is put into service.
