I forgot my password, how do I log in?
Short answer: On the login page, type your email address, then pick Email me a login link to get in without a password, or Set my password to choose a new one.
The two buttons
They sit under the Log into my account button, and both need the Email Address field to be filled in — otherwise the page answers “Please type your email address”.
- Email me a login link — you receive an email whose link logs you straight in. Nothing to remember, nothing to change.
- Set my password — you receive an email whose link opens the My account page, where you type the new password. That link stays valid for six hours only.
The email does not arrive
Check your spam folder, and check that the address you typed is the one on your account: to give nothing away about which addresses are registered, the page shows the same message either way. You can ask for another one.
You are already logged in
Then change the password straight from My account, with no email involved.
