Some of my logos are not good enough quality — what do I do?

Short answer: One or more logos used in the shop do not have the resolution needed for printing. Upload a better-quality file into the existing logo.

Cause

The message lists the logos concerned. They do not reach the minimums production requires: 300 dpi and 4000 px on the longest side, transparent margins included.

A logo uploaded as an SVG never appears in this list over a resolution problem: vector artwork has no resolution. If one does appear there anyway, it is for some other reason — see My SVG file was rejected, what do I do.

Solution

Get hold of a better-quality file — see How do I get a print-quality logo. The most decisive move is to ask your graphic designer for the SVG: the resolution question then disappears for good.
Upload it into the existing logo (do not create a new logo) — see I have received my real logo, how do I replace it.
Check that the values are no longer flagged in red on the logo's detail sheet.
