Some rows were skipped during the import, why?
Short answer: A row is skipped when its email address is missing or invalid. The rest of the file is imported normally, and the last screen lists the skipped rows with their number.
The two reasons

Picking the skipped rows back up
For each skipped row, the last screen gives its number in the file and the address concerned. Correct those rows in your spreadsheet, then run another import.
You can safely re-import the whole file: the people already loaded will be merged, not duplicated, and they do not count towards the account's limit of 2,000 contacts.
A skipped row does not cancel the import. The valid contacts from the same file were created.
