What do the steps under each product mean?
Short answer: It is that product's manufacturing progress, in five boxes: ordered from the manufacturer, received at the workshop, marked, shipped, delivered. A green box has been passed, a grey one has not.
The five boxes

| Ordered from manufacturer | The product has been ordered from the brand. |
| Waiting from manufacturer → Received at workshop | While the product has not reached us, the box says "Waiting". It turns to "Received" when it arrives. |
| Marked by workshop | The logo and any texts have been applied. |
| Shipped to customer | The product has left for the buyer. |
| Delivered to customer | The carrier is done. |
The tracking is per product, not per order: in an order of several products, each moves at its own pace, and it is the last one that decides the shipping date.
The orange box
An orange Incident on product box replaces "Waiting" when a product runs into trouble: out of stock at the manufacturer, a fault found, a marking to redo. We handle those cases on our side; if the step stays orange for several days, write to us with the order number.
When they do not appear
The steps only show on recent orders — older ones were handled before this tracking existed. A refunded product does not show them either: its manufacturing stopped.
