What do the order statuses mean?

Short answer: Six pills, one at a time: Pending (paid, in production), Awaiting (held by a coupon), To pay (sent to your organisation), Deposited (at the pickup point), Delivered (collected by the buyer) and Canceled.

The six statuses

Pill	What it says
Pending	The order is paid and on its way: products ordered from the manufacturer, markings applied, parcel shipped. This is where any normal order sits until it arrives.
Awaiting	The order is held by a discount coupon the money pot does not cover. It only moves again once the money pot is credited.
To pay	The buyer has paid nothing: they sent their order to your organisation, which has to settle it from its money pot or decline it. Production only starts on settlement.
Deposited	The parcel has reached its pickup point and is waiting for the buyer to collect it.
Delivered	The buyer has the parcel.
Canceled	The order was cancelled, declined or refunded. Its amount shows as a dash and it no longer counts towards the list's total.

The two statuses that ask something of you

Awaiting and To pay look alike — in both the order has stopped and the money pot is involved — but the cause and the gesture differ:

What is expected of you	Credit the money pot with the missing amount	Settle the order from the money pot, or decline it
If nothing is done	The order stays on hold	The order is cancelled after 15 days

One pill at a time

An order never shows two states. When several could apply, the most urgent wins: Awaiting comes before everything else, then To pay, then Canceled, then Delivered, then Deposited.

That is why an order held by a coupon stays on Awaiting even if it has moved along in other respects: until the hold is lifted, that is the only thing worth knowing.

The same journey in the details

Open an order: the Timeline section at the bottom of the panel draws the same journey as dated steps — Ordered, Deposited, Delivered — with a green tick on the ones already passed. An order sent to your organisation opens that journey with an Awaiting payment step.
