What happens to orders in progress if I close my shop?
Short answer: They run to completion. If orders are being handled or delivered, the shop is only closed some time after the last delivery, to leave buyers time to track their order and to contact us.
What happens
A closing request never interrupts an order that has already been paid for. DAGOBA produces and delivers what was ordered, exactly as if the shop had stayed open.
The closing itself comes afterwards, with a delay after the last delivery. That delay is there for your buyers: it leaves them able to track their parcel and to contact DAGOBA if they need to after it arrives.
Your buyers have nothing in particular to do, and do not need to be told about the closing. Their order follows its normal course.
