What is the Promotions page for?
Short answer: It gathers what you use to keep your community busy: Free delivery operations, the Studio and its Visuals, and all the email tooling — Send History, Email Templates, Email Signatures. Sending itself starts from the Contacts page.
What you find there
Each tab covers one use:

| Send History | Find the campaigns you have sent and how they did — sent, delivered, opened, clicked |
| Email Templates | Prepare the reusable layouts of your emails |
| Email Signatures | Prepare the signatures that close your emails |
| Visuals | Find the images produced with the Studio |
The trap: you do not send an email from this page
An emailing starts from the Contacts page, not here: that is where you pick the recipients, and the email is composed next. Promotions is for preparing (templates, signatures, visuals) and for reading back afterwards (the send history).
If you cannot see this page
Access needs the Promotions role, which an Owner grants from the Admins page. Without that role the entry does not appear in the menu.
