Where do I find the coupons and gift cards I have issued?
Short answer: They are in the list on the Money Pot page. The Coupons filter set to Coupons only keeps just those; the search accepts a code.
Steps
- Open the Money Pot page.
- In the Coupons filter, choose Coupons only.
- For a specific code, type it into the search.
- Click the row: the record opens with the code, the value, the expiry, the batch name if there is one, and the order the coupon was used on.
You'll know it worked when: The list shows coupons only, and a coupon's record shows its code and status.
The filter's three settings

| With coupons | Money movements plus coupons that are still usable. This is the default. |
| Without coupons | Money movements only. |
| Coupons only | Coupons and gift cards, whatever their status. |
From the record
A gift card's record offers to download its image and send it by email. A coupon that is still active can have its value and expiry date changed.
