Where do I see the texts the buyer asked for on a product?
Short answer: In the Items section of the order's details: under each product's name are the texts asked for, as "placement: text" — for example "Back: SMITH".
Where to look
Click the order, then go down to Items. Each row carries the product's photo, its name, its brand, then its color and its size. The texts asked for come just under the name, one per line, with the placement the buyer chose.
A product with no text shows nothing extra: the buyer simply did not ask for one.
What is not there
Only the texts appear there. The logo on the product is part of the product itself, it is not repeated in that list.
These texts are the ones the buyer typed on the shop, in the placements you opened. They go into production exactly as they are: neither you nor we touch them up.
