What is in an order's details?

Short answer: Click a row: a panel opens with the amount and the status at the top, then Customer, Items, Delivery tracking when a parcel is on the road, and Timeline. An order sent for payment also opens a To pay section.

The header

Under the order number, four figures sum everything up: Amount, Status, Items (how many products) and Ordered (the date and time of payment).

The sections

To pay — only appears for an order a buyer has sent to your organization. It gives Requested by, Sent on, the cost breakdown and Net cost to the money pot, then the two buttons Pay from the money pot and Decline. This is the only place in the application where that decision is taken.
Customer — the buyer's name, clickable through to their contact sheet, their email address, and on the right the numbers of their other orders.
Items — one row per product, with its photo, its brand, its color, its size, the quantity and the price. The marking texts asked for appear under the product name. Below them, the amount summary.
Delivery tracking — only appears once a parcel has left: the carrier, the tracking number, the last known event and a link to follow the parcel.
Timeline — the order's journey as dated steps: Ordered, Deposited, Delivered, with a green tick on the ones already passed. A cancelled order shows Canceled in red in place of the last step, and an order sent to your organization opens the journey with Awaiting payment.

Closing the panel

The cross at the top right of the panel closes the details and gives the list its full width back.
