Why can't I see the Money Pot page?
Short answer: Two conditions have to be met: the money pot must have been opened for your account by DAGOBA, and your user account must be an Owner or hold the Money pot role.
The money pot is opened on request
It is not active by default. It opens when one of your shops switches to Shop with product margins and you accept the terms: DAGOBA is notified and opens access for your account. This is not instant — allow for the time a person needs to act.
If you accepted the terms several days ago and nothing has happened, contact us.
The Money pot role
Once the pot is open, it is not visible to every admin on the account. All admins have the basic functions — contacts and orders; the money pot is an extra role, granted on the Admins page.
An admin without it sees this message: "Money pot access is restricted to owners and users with the Money pot role."
The account's Owner has access to everything, without needing the role.
