How do I ask for more email sending quota?
Short answer: In the Email sending part, click Request more. It is free, and the request only goes out once.
Steps
- Open Organisation and scroll down to the Email sending part.
- Read the bar: it shows the recipients already used out of the number allowed, what is left to you and the reset date.
- Click Request more.
You'll know it worked when: The Request more button is replaced by the Request sent note.
What happens next
The request reaches us and we come back to you. The button only reappears once the request has been handled: clicking several times achieves nothing.
The same button elsewhere
When a send is refused for lack of quota, the same button appears directly in the send window. It is the same request, there is no point doing both.
