How do I save a filter to reuse it?
Short answer: Once your filters are set, name them in Save this filter and click Save as preset. They are then recalled from Saved Presets.
Steps
- Set the filters you want on the Contacts page.
- In the Save this filter field, give it a meaningful name.
- Click Save as preset.
- Later, open Saved Presets and choose it to apply it again.
You'll know it worked when: The name appears under Saved Presets, and choosing it puts the same combination of filters back.
Managing your saved filters

| Rename | In the saved-presets list, click the name to edit it. |
| Update | Apply the preset, change the criteria, then Update preset. |
| Delete | The delete icon next to the name, with a confirmation. |
A saved filter belongs to your organisation: the other administrators of your account find it in their list too.
