What can I do with the money in my money pot?
Short answer: Four things from the Use my money pot page: a discount coupon, a gift card, an order of products from DAGOBA, or a withdrawal to your bank account. And a fifth elsewhere: settling an order a buyer has sent you.
The Use my money pot page
The Use button on the Money Pot page opens the Use my money pot page. A slider at the top sets the amount; the four options follow it.
| Option | What it is | Min amount | Max amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| Generate a coupon | A discount code usable on your shops. Debited only if it is used. | 1 € | None: a coupon can exceed your balance |
| Generate a gift card | A card to print or send, debited immediately. | 1 € | The available balance |
| Order products or equipment | A direct purchase from DAGOBA, paid from the money pot. Handled by email. | None | The available balance |
| Withdraw | A transfer to your organization's bank account, against an invoice. | 10 € | The available balance |
The first two are immediate and self-service. The other two go through us.
The fifth use, which is not on this page
A buyer can send their order to your organization instead of paying for it. You then settle it from the money pot — but that happens from the order's details, on the Orders page, not from Use my money pot.
It is the only spending you do not start yourself: a buyer proposes it, and you accept or decline.
