What can an Owner do that the others cannot?

Short answer: Two things are theirs alone: managing administrators and opening the Organisation page. They also get every other role automatically.

Managing administrators

Inviting, changing roles, resending or cancelling an invitation, removing access: all of these are reserved for owners. Other administrators do not even see the page.

The Organisation page

Your entity's identity and address, the VAT number, the bank details, the permission for payment by the organisation, the email sending quota and the account deletion request all live on the Organisation page. None of the other three roles opens it.
That is what makes the owner the only one who can open or close payment of orders by the organisation: an administrator holding the Money pot role settles those orders, but cannot switch the feature on or off.

Every other role, automatically

An owner also reaches the shop, the money pot and promotions, without those roles having to be ticked.
An account always keeps at least one active owner. The last one can neither drop the role nor revoke their own access.
