Who else can see this information?
Short answer: The account's owners, and only them — you included. An administrator who does not have the Owner role cannot open this page. The DAGOBA team can see it in order to handle your requests.
Who can open the page
Any administrator you have given the Owner role. An account can have several, and they all see exactly what you see here.
The Shops, Money pot and Promotions roles, on the other hand, do not open this page: the Organisation tab is not even displayed. Anyone who tries to reach it anyway reads: “Organisation access is restricted to the account's owners.”
Your bank details and your VAT number are therefore visible to the account's owners, and to them alone.
The DAGOBA team
They see this information in order to handle your requests: a money pot transfer, the invoice that goes with it, an account deletion request. The bank details and the VAT number serve no other purpose.
What buyers see
Nothing from this page appears on the shop. The postal address is only published if you add it yourself to a Studio visual.
