How do I get the money into my organization's bank account?
Short answer: Set the amount on the Use my money pot page — 10 € minimum — and follow the Withdraw box: it gives the exact elements to put on your invoice, which you send to us by email to compta@dagoba.fr only. The transfer follows.
Steps
- First check that your organization's bank details (RIB) are saved on the My organisation page. Without them we cannot make the transfer.
- On the Money Pot page, click Use.
- Set the slider to the amount to withdraw. Below 10 €, the Withdraw box stays inactive.
- Read the box: it shows the elements to put on your invoice, your address included.
- Draw up the invoice and send it to compta@dagoba.fr.
You'll know it worked when: The invoice has gone to compta@dagoba.fr, with your organization's bank details saved on the My organisation page.
The amount you receive
If your organization is subject to VAT and its number is filled in, the transfer covers the VAT-inclusive amount.
If it is not, the transfer covers the VAT-excluded part: the VAT held in the money pot is returned to the State by DAGOBA. The box shows both figures before you draw up the invoice.
The other ways of using the money pot — coupon, gift card, equipment order — give you the whole VAT-inclusive amount.
