What can an administrator with no role do?
Short answer: They see the contacts, the tags and the orders — and nothing else. On reaching the dashboard, they land on the Contacts page.
What they can do
- Read and update contact profiles, and put tags on them.
- Create, rename and delete tags.
- Follow the orders placed on your shops.
- Write to one contact at a time.
What they cannot see
The shop designer, the money pot, promotions, the Organisation page and the Admins page. Those tabs do not appear in their menu.
Sending bulk emails
Writing to a single person stays open to everyone. From the second recipient on, the Promotions role is required.
This is the right profile for someone answering members without having to touch either the shop or the money.
