What is the lead time between ordering and receiving?
Short answer: Allow one to two weeks between payment and receipt for most products: each product is ordered from the brand, marked in our workshop, then shipped. A product out of stock at the brand can extend this time.
Why it takes this long
Nothing is kept in stock with your logo on it: every product is made to order. As soon as the buyer has paid, DAGOBA orders the product from the brand, prepares the marking, applies the logo in its workshop, then ships by Chronopost, to a pickup point or to the chosen address. For most products the whole process takes one to two weeks, depending on the brand's stock.
What can change the lead time
- A stock-out at the brand: the product leaves when the brand restocks it. The buyer is informed if the wait goes beyond the announced time.
- An order of several products ships in one go, once the last product is ready.
- A free delivery operation: the orders of the period are delivered together, at the end of the operation, to your organisation's address — see What is a free delivery operation.
- The end-of-year period: orders are more numerous and the workshop closes over the holidays. For Christmas gifts, have your members order early.
Following an order
The buyer follows the progress of each product from their account on the shop, and receives an email with the tracking number at shipping. You see the same steps in your dashboard — see What do the steps under each product mean and How do I track an order's parcel.
