What is the price of the products?

Short answer: The price the buyer pays adds up three parts: the product's catalog price, the marking price of your logo (depending on its size) and, if you decide so, a margin paid to your organisation. Prices include VAT.

The three parts of the price

Part Who sets it Where to see it
The product's catalog price DAGOBA On each product of our catalog.
The marking price DAGOBA, by logo surface In your dashboard, as soon as you have uploaded a logo: each available size shows its price.
Your organisation's margin You, product by product On a shop with margins, in the configuration of each product. Optional.
Prices include VAT. The buyer sees one all-inclusive price per product; delivery fees are added when ordering.

The catalog price

The catalog shows each product's unit price, the base price on your shop. A product that comes in several versions (adult, child…) may show several prices, one per version. This price is the same whether a product is ordered once or a hundred times.

The marking price

The logo is added to the product price. Its price depends on the rectangular surface it occupies, in tiers: a small heart logo costs less than a large back logo. You choose the size on each product, and the price of each size shows in the dashboard when you configure the logo — see Why does the price change when I modify the logo dimensions.
Embroidery has its own unit price — see How do I get an embroidery logo. An optional logo or a personalization the buyer adds themselves (a first name on the back, a number) is only charged to the buyer who chooses it — see What is a text personalization.

The margin, if you want one

On a shop with margins, you add to each product the amount of your choice, in 0.50 € steps, up to a cap that depends on the product price. With each sale, this margin is credited to your organisation's money pot, minus transaction fees. On a standard shop there is no margin: the buyer pays exactly catalog price + marking. See How do I make sales bring money to my organization and What fees are charged on margins.

To see your real prices in a few seconds

Generate a sample shop from our home page: the products appear there with your logo and their price, marking included. You can then change the products, the logo size and the margins as much as you want; the price is recalculated every time.

Bulk orders in large quantities

If your organisation wants to order a large number of the same product itself — from 50 for a t-shirt or a cap, 30 for a hoodie or a jacket, 20 for a very expensive product — contact us: a discount is possible, as a coupon to use on your shop. The men's, women's and junior versions of the same product add up toward the minimum. See Discounts for Large Quantities in the manual.
