How do I see the contacts carrying a tag?
Short answer: In the Tags section, the # contacts column gives the count, and clicking the row opens the panel listing the contacts concerned.
Steps
- In the dashboard menu, open Tags.
- Find your tag in the list, using the search box if needed.
- Read the # contacts column, which gives the number of people concerned.
- Click the row: the right-hand panel opens and lists those people, page by page.
You'll know it worked when: The right-hand panel shows the tag and the list of contacts carrying it.
The other route
From the Contacts page, a filter on that tag gives the same set, but in the main list — so with search, sorting and bulk actions.
Use the Tags section to check what a tag carries, and the Contacts page when you want to act on those people.
